• Winners must provide their own transportation to and from the photoshoot in the greater Nashville, TN area on July 16th.
• Winners must provide their own clothing for the photoshoot; winners will be given a shirt to wear for the photoshoot.
• Winners must be willing to have their hair and makeup done by the hair & makeup artist chosen and provided by Living Fully Co.
• No compensation will be given for your participation in the photoshoot or the use of the resulting images and/or video footage by Mallory Ervin LLC d/b/a Living Fully Co or any Mallory Ervin LLC d/b/a Living Fully Co affiliated companies or brands. 
• Must be willing to sign an NDA and photo release prior to participation.
• No purchase necessary.  
• Winners will be contacted by @livingfullyco directly on Instagram. 
• By entering the giveaway, you acknowledge that you have the authority to submit the content and that your content submission does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights or right of publicity.
• Submissions will be deemed ineligible if it:
